Cancel Order

Cancel an existing order.

Cancellation window: Cancellation is permitted up to the point the rider enters the customer's delivery geofence (order status transitions to Arriving). Once the rider is inside the customer geofence, or the order has already been delivered, cancellation is rejected with an HTTP 400 error.
