Label Generation

Generate a printable shipping label for a forward order.

file_type is pdf or prn. Response:

The label URL is valid for 2 days. Labels can only be generated for Marketplace and Warehouse orders, and only before the item has been picked up (any pre-pickup status) — requesting a label for an already-picked or cancelled order returns a 400. One AWB per call.

POD (Proof of Delivery) Details

Fetch recipient/proof-of-delivery details for a completed order — useful when a customer disputes a delivery or you need confirmation for your own records.

POD details are only populated for orders in delivered, rts_d, or rto_d status — see Order Lifecycle. If the AWB isn't in a valid status, the call returns a 400.
