Tracking

Track the status of delivery orders using AWB numbers.

Single Tracking

Query the status of one order at a time by passing its AWB number in the URL path. The response includes:

• Order details — current status, order info, addresses (partially masked for privacy)
• Tracking timeline — chronological list of status transitions with timestamps, locations, and remarks

The status and status_display fields in order_details are overwritten with the most recent tracking event.

Webhooks vs Polling

Prefer webhooks for real-time status updates — Shadowfax pushes changes as they happen. Use this endpoint as a fallback or daily reconciliation check for anything your system may have missed, not as your primary status source.
